Project Description
To increase the percentage of Starbucks mobile orders, we were tasked with improving the mobile ordering experience and reducing friction for customers ordering via their devices. We designed an AI barista concept that enables customers to use their voice to conveniently place orders. This concept is perfect for any Starbucks drinker— whether you’re a seasoned Starbucks drinker ordering the usual Iced Americano for your morning commute, or a Starbucks newbie unsure of how to order your first drink.
